Lets have an open tender for operator of Kepong transfer station

Rubbish or solid waste is a source of hazard or of golden opportunity. The transfer station at Taman Beringin, Kepong, has been operating for over eight years. Now, the contract for the present operator, Umpan Jaya,  will expire in March 2014.
The contract for operating the station is said to be RM100 million. The Government should give the details of the amount.
Recently, lorries queue up at the transfer station, depositing rubbish randomly. This is a ploy.
City folks believe in open tender to select a reliable operator. We must avoid hanky-panky. Lets have value for money.
