More IS killings in Bagdad and Orlando, US.

Two days ago, Islamic State terrorists bombed Baghdad, killing 50 and wounding 100. Yesterday,an IS operative shot dead 50 and wounded 53 in Orlando, United States. Condolences to the relatives of the dead. We hope that all especially Russia and America are truly serious about fighting IS.

Penjenayah pedofilia Richard Huckle dihukum 22 tahun penjara di London. Mungkin lebih 200 kanak-kanak di Malaysia menjadi mangsa. Kita sangat perlu meningkatkan pencegahan, undang-undang,pendidikan dan terapi untuk mangsa bagi menentang para penjenayah.

Paedophile criminal Richard Huckle (30) has been sentenced to 22 years of imprisonment in London. There may be more than 200 child victims (six months to 12 years) in Malaysia. We truly need  better prevention, laws, education and therapy against these criminals.

2016 economic outlook

At the Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute CFO Summit on economic outlook today, I have said that based on economics, markets, policy and geopolitics, Malaysia can acheive 4.1% economic growth in 2016. But, the 1MDB issue that has gone international like the closure of Switzerland's BSI Bank in Singapore affects confidence. Malaysia must take actions on 1MDB like investigations on Aabar BVI and Good Star to restore confidence.
