62 hospital projects

Dato' Seri Dr Hilmi has told the House that in the last 10 years the Government has allocated RM10.89 billion for 62 hospital projects. Some projects such as Hospital Shah Alam were not implemented properly. Please ensure that all projects are carried out effectively.

The 2018 Malaysian Budget is RM282.3 billion and the revenue RM43.3 billion with deficit of RM43.3 billion. The expenditure must be prudent to reduce the deficit.

We hope that the 2018 Budget presented in Parliament at 3.30 pm, will be prudent, with no burden to the people and without increase in national debt.

Education Deputy Director Datuk Dr Amin Senin says that it is no longer impossible to improve the standards, skills and competency of English teachers in Malaysia.

If the Education Ministry implements the English Language Roadmap 2015-2025 fairly and effectively, the country shall have many good English teachers.


Green Technology Master Plan 2017

Datuk Seri Dr Ongkili says the Green Technology Master Plan 2017 is expected to create 200,000 jobs and generate revenue of RM180 billion by 2030.

Malaysian parents and teachers must always be on the look out for students who take drugs that will ruin their lives. Datuk Nur Jazlan quoted 1938 were tested positive in 2015 compared with 1662 in 2014. The actual number is unknown.


Internet speed

Communications and Multimedia Minister must explain the effective steps he has taken to improve the speed of internet in Malaysia. Akamai report 2017 puts South Korea at 28.6 Megabits per second, Vietnam 9.5 Mbps and Malaysia 8.9 Mbps. The gap is big.
