In 1983, I spoke in the House, telling the then Government that it would be difficult for Proton to survive (Thailand and Indonesia were not interested in making their own car). Now, Proton is still looking for a partner, technology and market.

ICAC charged Donald Tsang

Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) has charged ex-leader of Hong Kong, Donald Tsang, for corruption with a possible jail sentence of seven yesrs. The High Court has found him guilty of misconduct. Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is based on ICAC.
