Thousands of Malaysians will congregate near the Merdeka Square, Kuala Lumpur, as some roads are closed. Police, City Hall personnel and others will be at the Bersih gathering and 'anti-Bersih' group. Malaysians with sentiment gather peacefully. We hope that the Government will use peaceful methods to handle the situation.

Minister Datuk Seri Azalina says that the Government has no intention of delaying PAC's investigation into 1MDB.

This morning, as we arrived in Parliament, the PAC meeting room was locked. The PAC proceedings have been suspended for nearly three months. We are ready to carry on. The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib has a programme to solve the 1MDB debts within 6 months. Helping PAC to continue with 1MDB inquiry is appropriate.
