     There are many chemical companies in Malaysia such as Petronas Chemicals. Chemical Industries Council has its part to play. We are concerned about the leakage of ethylene chloride at Kg Sungai Lalang, Semenyih, yesterday. What are the effective preventive measures?

Illegal waste in Malaysia
     Waste is big business. China stops taking waste from other countries. Now, waste from developed countries end up in nations such as Malaysia. Housing and Local Government Minister confirms that 175 containers of illegal plastic waste are at the North Butterworth Container Teriminal.
     Malaysia must have effective measures to deal with waste.
